WAW-C series computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is high-performance, high configuration machine, designed in accordance with the GB/T3159-2008, GB/T228-2010 and GB/T7314-2005 and GB, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and other relative international standards. The testing machine is especially suitable for testing agencies, research institutes, colleges, military industries and other units to detect and analyze material properties, also suitable for steel metallurgy enterprises to conduct large quantities of tests.

WAW-C series computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending, cutting and other room temperature tests of metal materials. Equipped with high temperature stove and cryogenic box, it can also be used to conduct high and low temperature tests. Also, it can be used to test timber, concrete, cement, rubber and other non-mental materials.

Feature:

1. Advanced high-rigidity host machine with reasonable structure and high reliability.

2. The anti-backlash structure can completely avoid the influences of screw clearance.

3. Disk type machine drives turbine, getting the nut moving up and down along the fixed lead screw, regulating testing space, driving steadily and reliably, the lead screw not spinning, accurate positioning, fully ensuring the geometric accuracy of the complete machine.

4. There is a sheathing board between the jaw cardboard and jaw seat, effectively protecting the jaw seat from wearing damage.

5. Oil cylinder down-setting, double testing space, low testing position, convenient to replace the accessories and specimens.

6. Oil cylinder uses clearance sealing method, special hydrostatic back-up oil film friction-free guidance technology.

7. Table-type integrated design of servo oil cylinder and electricity control cabinet, practical and nice. The oil source configures imported NACH internal high pressure gear pump and American MOOG servo valve（computer display hydraulic testing machine not configured）, controlling precisely.

8. Independent low noise gripping oil source ensures that the specimens are gripped steadily, not coming off even if they are broken.

9. Equipped with digital closed loop control system（computer display hydraulic universal testing machine not configured）, of high speed and high reliability, strong anti-interference capability.

10. The software can realize testing force, displacement and deformation three closed-loop high precision control（computer display hydraulic universal testing machine not having such a function）; control modes can be combined freely and smoothly switched, fully comply to the GB/T 228-2002 standards.

11. The controll system has Netware interface which makes it convenient to connect the internet in laboratories and transmit the testing results through the internet.
