WAW-D Series Computer Controlled Electro-hydraulic Servo Universal Tester

WAW-D series computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo testing machine and WEW-D series computer display hydraulic universal testing machine are both designed in accordance with GB/T3159-2008, GB/T228-2010, GB/T 7314-2005 standards, and also comply to various international standards of GB, ISO, JIS, ASTM, and DIN.

The tester is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending, cutting tests of metal and non-metal materials. With corresponding additional equipment, the tester can also be used to test timber, cement, concrete, rocks, rock bolts, rubbers and other products. The host machine uses oil cylinder down setting, hydraulic gripping, sprocket drive, oil cylinder piston clearance gap seal and nut lead screw pair drive method; measurement and control system uses self-developed computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo measurement control system to realize closed-loop control, testing in different ways including constant speed testing force, uniform deformation, constant displacement, loading duration and displacement maintenance (while computer display hydraulic universal testing machine do not have such a function）. The tester automatically calculates testing force, tensile strength, yield strength, ductility and elastic modulus. And the computer displays testing machine, deformation and testing curves (force-displacement, force-deformation, force-time, deformation-time）, and stores and print out testing reports. Users can also edit the report format by themselves. This testing machine also has self-checking function able to detect flaws automatically.

This testing machine is widely used in quality inspection and measurement, metallurgical steel, mechanical manufacturing, electronic products, automobile production, electric wires and cables, civil aviation, colleges, research institutes, commodity inspection and arbitration, technical supervision department, building materials and ceramics, petrochemical industries and other different fields.
